SHIPPING POLICY


General Information

Miracle Supplements may update these policies at any time. Orders begin processing only after payment is received, not at the moment an order is placed.

Shipping timeframes are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, customs inspections, high-volume periods, or other unexpected circumstances. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If tracking is not received, check your spam folder. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment and contacting your local carrier for delivery-related concerns.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Our fulfillment centers operate Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on Friday afternoon will ship the next business day.

Deliveries are made weekdays only, except where courier services allow otherwise.

  • and other international markets

Carriers vary by region, but typical timelines include:

  • Thailand, Turkey, GCC, and Egypt: Typically 3–7 business days
  • Europe: Typically 5–10 business days
  • Worldwide: Shipping times depend on local courier processing

Express options may be available depending on your location. For region-specific carriers or upgrades, contact our support team.

PO Box & Military Addresses

Shipments to PO Boxes and military/armed forces locations will be routed through carriers that support these formats. Ensure the address is correctly formatted at checkout.

Signature Requirement
Orders totaling $150 or more may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the country and courier.
If you wish to waive the signature, contact support immediately after placing your order.


 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

International customers are responsible for complying with all local import laws, customs procedures, duties, and taxes. Because regulations vary by country, you must verify the legality of receiving research compounds in your jurisdiction.

We remove countries with known restrictions from our shipping list, but ultimate responsibility lies with the buyer.

If a shipment is seized by customs

Customs clearance timelines vary widely. Inspections may delay a package for 1–3+ weeks.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Political instability
  • Regional conflicts
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or labor disruption
  • Local infrastructure issues
  • Incorrect delivery reporting or scanning delays
  • Government-imposed restrictions

Once a package is handed to the courier, it is outside our control.

Customs Fees & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees.

Couriers may require:

  • Item value
  • Purpose of import
  • Material description
  • Additional documentation

Ensure all provided information matches the customs declaration to avoid delays.


 

 

RESHIPMENTS

 

We offer reshipment or store credit only if:

  • The package is returned to our warehouse
  • The address was correctly entered on your order form
  • The return is confirmed via tracking

You are responsible for all shipping costs and fees for reshipment. Miracle Supplements cannot be held responsible for lost, missing, or undelivered orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the courier.

Important: If your order is marked Returned to Sender due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability, we cannot reship or refund. Returned international packages rarely make it back to our facility.


 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

 

Our processing times are fast. Once your order enters fulfillment, modifications may not be possible.

  • Paid order cancellations incur a $25 processing fee due to payment processor policies.
  • Alternatively, we can issue store credit with no processing fee.

RETURNS POLICY

 

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

✔ Request made within 7 business days of delivery
✔ Bottled products remain sealed, unopened, and unused
✔ Return must be approved by Customer Support

Important: Due to their temperature sensitivity, vials and reconstitutable peptides cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Customers must pay return shipping unless the wrong item was sent.

A return tracking number is required. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued minus applicable fees.

Return Fees:

  • $15 return fee
  • $25 payment processor fee (refunded if store credit is chosen)

Invalid Reasons for Return:

  • Improper usage or mishandling
  • Storage-related damage
  • Opened or tampered packaging
  • Attempted reshipment of peptides/vials

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Refunds are available only for approved returned shipments or cancelled orders (minus processing fees). Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Lack of results
  • Seized shipments
  • Missing packages marked as delivered
  • Customer negligence in providing correct address
  • Attempted return of peptides or vials

If uncertain about our products, we recommend starting with a smaller order. Most of our customers become repeat buyers due to consistent product quality.


 

MISSING, WRONG, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We provide free reshipment for missing, incorrect, or damaged items if:

  • You notify us within 7 business days
  • You provide clear photos showing the issue and the package label
  • The package is photographed “as received”
  • The tracking number is visible

For orders marked “Delivered” but not received, customs seizures, or lost parcels, only a 30% compensation discount is offered.

Immediate notification is required for all delivery issues.
